Terms of Service
By using the DharthiSe website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they are short and written in plain language. Last updated: June 2026.
Product information
We work hard to keep product descriptions, ingredients, net weights and images accurate. Because our products are natural and made without added colours, slight variations in colour, texture and aroma between batches are normal and do not constitute a defect. If a listing contains an obvious error, we may correct it and will tell you before fulfilling an affected order.
Pricing
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹/INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order. Prices may change at any time, but the price shown when you placed your order is the price you pay.
Orders, verification & acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We confirm each order with a quick verification call or WhatsApp message; your order is accepted only after this confirmation and dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, the pin code is unserviceable, or the order cannot be verified — in which case you owe nothing.
Cash on Delivery terms
Payment is collected when your order is delivered. Please be available at the delivery address and keep the payable amount ready. Repeatedly refusing verified COD orders may lead us to decline future COD orders from the same details. Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy.
Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the website — including submitting false orders or enquiries, attempting to disrupt the service, or scraping content. All text, images and branding on this site belong to DharthiSe and may not be reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (courier disruptions, weather, strikes and the like). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
