Where your spices come from
We buy raw produce directly from farming partners we know, in the season it's best. These are the people behind the packs — and every pouch we sell carries a batch number you can check against them yourself.
Our partners
Some partners we name; others we describe by region and type, because commercial relationships in this trade are private until both sides agree otherwise.
We're still getting our partners' permission before naming them here. In the meantime, every pack carries a batch number you can verify — it will show you the region that lot came from.

A purchase order, not a handshake
Every lot is bought against a written purchase order with agreed rates, quantities and payment terms. Nothing enters our warehouse without one.
Checked on arrival
Goods are counted and inspected at receiving. Short, damaged or failed lots are recorded as discrepancies and never enter stock — they go back to the supplier as a claim.
Paid on terms
Supplier invoices are matched against the order and the receipt before they are approved. Our partners get paid on the terms we agreed, not when it suits us.
