Shipping & Delivery

Where we deliver
We ship across India — metros, towns and most pin codes served by our courier partners. If your pin code is not serviceable, we will let you know during the order verification call and arrange an alternative or a full cancellation at no charge.
Shipping charges
Delivery is free on all orders of ₹499 or more. Orders below ₹499 carry a flat shipping fee of ₹49, shown clearly at checkout before you place the order. There are no hidden charges and no extra COD handling fee.
Order verification & dispatch
Because all orders are Cash on Delivery, we make a quick verification call or WhatsApp confirmation after you place your order. Once confirmed, your order is packed fresh and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Delivery timelines
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your region: Delhi NCR and major metros are usually at the faster end, while remote or far-flung pin codes may take the full window. Timelines exclude Sundays and public holidays, and may stretch slightly during festivals or extreme weather.
Payment on arrival (COD)
Pay in cash (or UPI, where the courier supports it) when your order arrives. Please keep the exact amount handy. You may refuse the parcel at the door before payment — see our Returns & Refunds policy for details.

Use our Track Order page with your order number and phone number to check the latest status at any time.
