What we collect

• Order details — your name, phone number, email address and delivery address, collected when you place an order.
• Enquiry & RFQ details — name, company, contact details and the products or quantities you ask about, when you submit a contact form or bulk enquiry.
• Newsletter email — your email address, if you choose to subscribe to product updates.

How we use it

• To fulfil and deliver your orders, including the COD verification call.
• To send order updates by phone, WhatsApp or email.
• To respond to your enquiries and prepare bulk/wholesale quotes.
• To send occasional product news, only if you subscribed.

We never sell your data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. We share it only with the courier partners who deliver your order and the service providers (such as our email provider) needed to run the store — and only as much as is required for those purposes.

Cookies & local storage

We use your browser’s local storage to remember the items in your shopping cart between visits. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Clearing your browser data will empty your cart.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal requirements in India. Enquiry details are kept while we work on your request and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).

Security

Your data is stored in a secured database with access limited to our small team. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it, though no online service can guarantee absolute security.
