Sourcing
We buy raw produce directly from farming partners we know, at the right point in the season. Quality is decided in the field — picking the right harvest is the first and most important quality check we make.
Quality & Certifications
We treat quality as care, not paperwork. Every batch is built to the same standard — whether it's a single retail pouch or a bulk export order — and we're happy to prove it, with documentation that travels alongside your order.
Five steps stand between the field and your kitchen. Here's what we do at each one — and why.
We buy raw produce directly from farming partners we know, at the right point in the season. Quality is decided in the field — picking the right harvest is the first and most important quality check we make.
We dry at controlled, low temperatures so the colour, aroma, and nutrients stay close to the fresh ingredient. Hot, hurried drying is cheaper — but it dulls flavour and strips goodness, and we won't trade that away.
Every batch is inspected and lab-tested for hygiene, moisture, and purity before it's cleared. If a batch doesn't meet our standard, it doesn't ship — there is no quiet shortcut.
Each batch carries a lot code that ties it back to its source and its test results, so a single pouch or a full pallet can always be traced. Nothing about your ingredients is a mystery.
We pack for both retail shelves and bulk export logistics, protecting freshness in transit — so what we sealed in is what you open, whether it travels across town or across the world.
For us, quality isn't a box to tick at the end of the line — it's a decision we make again and again, from the harvest we choose to the batch we release. The simplest way we describe our standard: we won't sell anything we wouldn't happily serve at our own table. When a batch falls short, we hold it back. That discipline costs us sometimes — and it's exactly why our customers keep coming back.
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is the lab record for the exact batch you receive — covering things like moisture content, microbiological safety, and purity against spec. We issue one with every batch, so you never have to take quality on faith. For food manufacturers and exporters, it's the documentation your audits and import compliance depend on; for home kitchens, it's simply proof that what's on the label is what's in the pack.
We build to recognised food-safety and hygiene standards and provide full export documentation, including a Certificate of Analysis with every batch. As our formal certifications are confirmed, they'll be listed here — we only ever show the credentials we genuinely hold.
